Terms & refunds
JustBlock's existing popup guard, bundled request filters, and site controls remain free. Max Clean is an optional paid upgrade for page cleanup, Focus Mode, selected privacy masks and redacted screenshots.
Seller and contact
Max Clean is offered under the JustBlock brand by the seller identified in Stripe Checkout and on your payment receipt. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to support@justblock.org.
Subscription and renewal
Max Clean costs $29.99 per year before any applicable tax. It is billed yearly through Stripe and renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. The final amount and renewal terms are shown before you pay. There is no free trial.
What Max Clean does
Max Clean hides matching clutter with category and website preferences, offers focus sessions and schedules on supported desktop websites, and remembers blocks and privacy masks you save for pages or websites. Screenshot redaction covers selected visible areas; review the whole image before sharing. Visual masks do not erase the underlying website data. Websites change, so it may not catch every item and may occasionally hide something useful. You can restore hidden items from the extension. Max Clean does not accept cookie choices for you and is not antivirus software.
Activation and fair use
A subscription may be active on up to three browser installations for your own use. Keep your private restore code secure. Do not sell, share publicly, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use the activation service to provide access to others.
Cancellation
You can cancel from Manage subscription in the extension, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next yearly charge. Unless a refund is issued or access is ended for misuse, Max Clean remains available through the paid period.
Refunds
If Max Clean does not activate or work materially as described, contact support@justblock.org from your billing email within 14 days of the initial purchase. Renewal-charge requests should be sent within 7 days of renewal. Eligible requests will be reviewed promptly; approved refunds may end paid access immediately. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Availability and liability
The extension and service are provided on an as-available basis. JustBlock may update features to maintain compatibility, security, or performance. To the extent permitted by law, JustBlock is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or website changes outside its control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Material changes to subscription terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
